Regular Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Our (regular) extra virgin olive oil is a superior quality product, produced through conventional methods. It comes exclusively from the Koroneiki variety olive trees, from the wider area of Western Greece but mainly from the Olympian Region. We use exclusively approved improvers and plant protection products. As a result, superior quality olive oil high in nutritional value ends up in your dish.

Under conversion

A product can be considered organic only when under go through a certain conversion. For olive trees the period needed is 3 years. Cultivation at this time is carried out through organic methods. We are using exclusively organic certified improving products as well as natural methods of combating enemies and diseases. At this stage cultivation is done organically, and therefore the final product cannot be sold as an organic product

Extra Virgin Organic Olive Oil

Our extra virgin organic olive oil is a superior quality product, produced exclusively through mechanical methods. It comes from the Koroneiki variety olive trees from the wider area of Western Greece but mainly from the Olympian Region. We use only organic certified improving products and natural methods of fighting plant enemies and diseases. The extraction of Extra Virgin Organic olive oil is made in cold and it has huge biological value.

Organic blacnk currant

Organic black currant is produced in the Olympic Region, we are using only approved biologically certified improvers and plant protection products for its cultivation. We also using natural methods of fighting pests and insects.

Organic Flour

Organic flour is produced from excellent quality wheat that we are cultivating. We are producing soft wheat flour, durum wheat flour and the superior quality of zea flour that is produced by durum wheat ( triticum dicoccum . All our grains are produced exclusively by natural methods, and biologically certified preperations.

Organic Olives ''kalamon''

Organic Kalamon olives are produced in the region of Western Greece and especially in the Olympic Region. The olives are collected and selected with great care. We are using the best organic ingredients to create this great final product that comes to your plate.
